Ron is an outstanding agent to work with.  He is a skilled listener and negotiator with a very in-depth knowledge of the local markets. Selling a home and purchasing a new one simultaneously is complicated and requires a special skill. Ron led the process and put together a team that made it stress free and got the job done with two successful closings on the same day, one directly after the other, enabling me to move into my new home the very next day.  At the same time, he brilliantly negotiated the best possible price on the both the sale and the purchase.

 

In addition, before putting my home on the market, Ron gave me helpful suggestions on how to stage my home without spending an exorbitant amount of money. I followed many of his ideas and my home looked amazing. During the entire process, Ron had a lot of patience and was very responsive to my questions and concerns.  Ron was always candid, provided great feedback and  helped clearly explain all the details.
